Woman's Body Found in Waters off Ocean City

She was found just off 57th Street Beach on Tuesday.

The investigation continues into the body of a woman that was discovered in the water off the 57th Street Beach on Tuesday, but there was no update Wednesday morning, State Police Lt. Brian Polite said.

The body was discovered Tuesday afternoon. Police say the woman’s body showed no signs of trauma.

She appeared to be between 35 and 50 years old. She has a tattoo on her right shoulder of a heart with the name “Patrick” and an unknown secondary name. She also has a tattoo on her right forearm of angel wings with the name “Steven” with the dates of 12-87 and 7-88.

She was wearing a purple shirt and blue jeans.
