No one was injured when an condo fire in an apartment complex burned for a half hour Tuesday morning in Parsippany.

According to dailyrecord.com, a ground floor condo in the Lincoln Gardens complex was engulfed in flames around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday morning. The resident and two tenants in the unit upstairs were safely outside the building when authorities arrived, the report said.

While the cause of the fire is under investigation, it is not deemed suspicious, fire chief Brian Cleary said.

The blaze was knocked down in about 30 minutes and created minor smoke damage in the upstairs unit, the report said.
