We're in love and we love love, so it's never too early to get Valentine's Day events going, if you ask us. Clearly the Parsippany Free Public Library agrees: Its Mt. Tabor branch at 31 Trinity Park presents Pre-Valentine Events Monday at 4:30 p.m. featuring opportunities to create holiday cards and other meaningful crafts for loved ones and for folks within Parsippany health care facilities. How lovely is that? The event is free.

We've lost too many men to prostate cancer, among them singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg, composer Frank Zappa, actors Bill Bixby and Charlton Heston, tennis legend Bobby Riggs and too many regular guys to count. Do your part to save men's lives. Fighting the deadly disease is the focus of Parsippany Night Out, a night of . The event is presented by the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce and Parsippany Area Visitor Center, and tickets cost $35. The Atlantis Sports Club & Spa, inside the Sheraton Parsippany at 199 Smith Road, is offering one free Zumba With Diana class to give people the opportunity to determine whether the Latin-influenced dance workout is their dish of guacamole. The free class with Diana runs Monday from 7:30-8:30 p.m. To register for the free class, go to  the club's website.

Free tax help will be available to all Parsippany senior citizens and low-income or disabled citizens by experienced and trained  AARP-IRS Tax Aides.  Sessions begin this Tuesday and continue every Tuesday through Apr. 9 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Parsippany Community Center, 1130 Knoll Road, Lake Hiawatha. Love sports history and souvenirs? Find collectible cards and memorabilia honoring the glory days of sports and its heroes on display Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at a weekly Sport Card Show at the Parsippany Police Athletic League, 33 Baldwin Road. Neighbors-Helping-Neighbors, a free peer-led volunteer support group for people actively looking for work meets Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. at the  at 68 Nokomis Ave. in Hiawatha.

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Council gathers for its monthly agenda meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 1001 Parsippany Blvd. Among the issues being discussed is a proposed ordinance drafted by Councilman Jonathan Nelson in hopes of establishing a township Department of Law. 

PSGMC peer support group for job seekers meets Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Parsippany-Troy Hills Free Public Library at 449 Halsey Road to hear guest speakers well-versed in all facets of career search and development.

Who knows? Maybe your child could end up at the Little League World Series... The Par-Troy East Little League was able to get a group of local boys to Williamsport for the big event in 2012, and that surely will be on the minds of many entering the baseball and softball league this year. Shake up your fitness routine with Masala Bhangra Fitness. The weekly classes teach an exercise dance routine that mixes the high-energy folk dance of Bhangra (Indian dance) with Bollywood moves. In Parsippany, you have two options to find support: The Crossroads Divorce Support Group, a free gathering for divorced men and women of any faith that offers special events, community and healing, is presented at St. Peter the Apostle Church Sunday at 7 p.m. at 179 Baldwin Road. The other group, also offered Sunday at 7 p.m., is called Puzzle Pieces - A Divorced/Separated Support Group. This one is nonreligious and has a fee—just a dollar—and takes place at the Parsippany Police Athletic League Center at 33 Baldwin Road.
