Organizers say 100 local employers and employment resource organizations seeking candidates in fields such as hospitality, health care, finance, education, telecommunications, computer science, and more will be participating in the free event. A full list of employers will be posted on www.visitmonmouth.com by Thursday, April 3.
During the job fair, a panel discussion entitled “Ask the Recruiters” will be presented by the Jersey Shore Association for Human Services.
Resume professionals will be available for one-on-one resume reviews. A registration table for sign-ups will be available for a 15 minute personal resume review. Job seekers are encouraged by the organizers to make an appointment upon arrival as the reviews will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 2014 Monmouth County Job Fair is a partnership of the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board, Monmouth County Division of Workforce Development, New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources and Brookdale Community College.
The County offers ongoing job services at its One-Stop Career Center at 145 Wyckoff Rd., Suite 201 in Eatontown.
