Runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to head over to Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School on Saturday, Dec. 15 to compete for a worthy cause.
The R-FH Key Club is partnering with the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) to host the Sandy Relief 3K Run/Walk Race.
A minimum donation of $10 is required for participation, and all proceeds will directly benefit local residents impacted by Hurricane Sandy. Sign-ups will be held at the outdoor track from 9:30 to 10 a.m., and the race begins at 10:30 a.m.
R-FH Key Club is a group of student volunteers assisting local organizations with fundraising and other activities geared toward helping the community. Many residents in the Rumson and Fair Haven communities suffered devastating losses due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
