Berkeley Police Ask For Public's Help In Locating Missing Man

82-year-old schizophrenic Berkeley Township man has been missing since July 2014.

Berkeley Township police are asking the public for help in locating Henry Verdon, who hasn’t been since since July 3, 2014 at the Toms River bus station, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Verdon, a schizophrenic who left his home with his medication, may be in the New York City area or Melbourne, Florida, the chief said.

He is five feet, nine inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing denim jeans and a black and silver Harley-Davidson jacket, DiMichele said.

Anyone with information on Verdon’s location is asked to contact Detective Joseph Santoro of the Berkeley Township Police Department at 732-341-1132 x 120. Anonymous information can be left on the TIP line by calling 732-341-1132 x 611.
