Court Blotter: Indictments for Drug, Theft Charges

Ocean County grand juries recently handed up the following indictments:

Debra L. Taylor of Toms River for allegedly threatening a woman with a knife and fleeing police in Berkeley Township.

    Taylor assaulted another woman with a knife on May 14 and later didn't heed Berkeley Detective Joseph Robertazzi's order to pull her car over, the indictment states.

    Taylor was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and eluding.

    The Toms River woman is still being held in Ocean County Jail on $75,000 bail.

    • Christine Sandella of Lanoka Harbor on a shoplifting charge. Sandella allegedly stole more than $500 in clothes from on Aug. 22. She was released on a summons.
    • Rachel Reidinger of Rymon Road on a shoplifting charge. Reidinger allegedly stole more than $500 of merchandise from Kohl's on Aug. 12. 
    • Victor M. Allen of Sicklerville on a drug possession charge. Allen allegedly had heroin when arrested by police on Oct. 28 in Toms River, the indictment states.
    • Lesley C. Mosckvan of Walton Street on a drug possession charge. Mosckvan allegedly had cocaine when arrested by police on May 28.
