Man Found Dead In Car At Ocean County Mall Parking Lot: Police
Toms River police said foul play does not appear to be involved.

TOMS RIVER, NJ -- Foul play is not believed to be involved in the death of a Toms River man who was found unresponsive in a car at the Ocean County Mall on Monday, Toms River police said.
The man, who had been reported missing on Friday, reportedly was struggling with depression and medical issues, Ralph Stocco, spokesman for the Toms River Police Department, said.
Ocean County Mall security officers were alerted to man in the car, a 2014 Toyota parked near Boscov's department store, about 12:20 p.m., Stocco said.

Police and EMS responded and determined he was dead. There were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play, Stocco said.
An autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death, he said.

The investigation is being conducted by Toms River police Detective Randy Petrick.
