UPDATE: Man Found Dead In Huddy Park Identified By Toms River Police
His body was found after a pedestrian flagged down police; he has been tentatively identified as a Berkeley Township resident, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ -- The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office has identified the body of a man found in Huddy Park early Saturday morning, spokesman Al Della Fave said.
Erik Hallstein , 45, Berkeley Township, was found around 3:30 a.m. by the southeast gazeboain the park. No cause of death has been released, Della Fave said.
Police Officer Adam Worth found Hallstein after a pedestrian on Main Street flagged down police officers and told them about an unresponsive man in the park, police said.

Foul play did not appear to be involved, Toms River Police Department spokesman Ralph Stocco has said. The cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Ocean County Medical Examiner’s office.
The investigation is being conducted by Toms River Police Detective Jon Turner and Detective Taryn Schwartz from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office. Providing additional resources were Detective M. O’Hearn of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department and Doctor Santangello from the Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office, Stocco said.
