Most Popular Baby Names In New Jersey In 2015

In a few years, expect a lot of Liams and Emmas in kindergarden classes across New Jersey.

Those were the top baby names in the state in 2015, according to new information released by the Social Security Administration.

Liam has been in the top five since 2013, inching its way to first place in 2015.

Emma has enjoyed solid tenure as a favorite baby girl name in New Jersey. It has been in the top 10 since 2007, jumping from number three in 2014 to first place in 2015.

Following Liam for boys is Michael, Jacob and Noah.

For girls, other top names include Isabella, Sophia and Olivia.
