Seaside Park Beach and Boardwalk

A quieter family resort.

Seaside Park Beach and Boardwalk

Seaside Park is the place to go for quiet sunbathing, relaxing or eating lunch on its many boardwalk benches, or strolling along the water’s edge.  On the north end of the boardwalk is where you’ll find a small section of food, games, and the Funtown Pier Amusements.

Seasonal beach badges for Seaside Park are now $45. The price is raised to $50 on June 15. Seasonal badges for seniors 65 and older cost $20. Badges can be purchased at the Bathhouse on the corner of ‘N Street’ and Ocean Avenue Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Daily badges are $10.

The beach opens and is staffed with lifeguards on Memorial Day weekend. Lifeguards are on duty weekends only until June 25, when daily staffing begins. Restrooms are located at the Bathhouse.

Metered parking is available in lots along the oceanfront and certain streets. Beginning May 16, meters are enforced 24 hours daily. Lot 1 is located on North Ocean Avenue between Farragut and Stockton Avenues. Cars are allowed up to 7 1/2 hours of parking time. Meters in lot 1 accept quarters and dollar coins. Lots 2 and 3, as well as street meters, accept only quarters and have a maximum parking time of 4 hours. All parking spots in town cost $1.50 per hour.  Be sure to read the signs. Certain spots require head-in parking.

No dogs are allowed on the beach or boardwalk. For more beach information, call (732) 793-3700.
