Cops Arrest Men for Trying to Steal Cell Tower Equipment in Cedar Grove
Hasbrouck Heights residents planned to resell the stolen materials, police said.

Cedar Grove police arrested two Hasbrouck Heights men who allegedly tried to steal equipment from an enclosed cellular tower behind Staples on Pompton Avenue on Friday.
A police report stated that an officer witnessed Paul R. Incognito, 33, and Keith E. Jousset, 33, inside the enclosure around 1:54 p.m.
According to police, it was later determined that the men were not authorized to be on the property, had caused damage while forcing entry, and were attempting to steal cell tower equipment, “likely for its resale value.”
