Mom & Baby Fitness Classes at Branchburg Sports Complex
Join us Mondays at 9:30 am for Stroller Workout. This modified boot camp for Moms includes an all-over workout of upper body, lower body and ab work. Baby comes along in a stroller. This class is appropriate for new moms all the way through 2-3 years postpartum.
Join us Wednesdays at 11:30 am for Mom & Baby Fitness. This all-over body workout incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs as well as focused abdominal work. Baby is worn in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of the class.
