Victim Claims North Plainfield Business Stole $39K: Blotter

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — A report of theft of $39,000 has been filed against a North Plainfield business, police reported.

The victim claims entering in a verbal agreement with Killer Carz, located at 897 Route 22 West in North Plainfield, to sell a car the victim had previously purchased.

As of Oct. 3 the victim reported not seeing the car or the proceeds from the sale.
