CIEE Seeks Host Family for Foreign Exchange Student Attending High School in Wayne

Council on International Education Exchange is sponsoring an international exchange student currently attending a Wayne High School.

Armando, from Mexico, has been living with a wonderful welcome host family and CIEE is now seeking a family to host him for the remainder of his school term until June.

Armando is doing very well at a Wayne high school and is making friends and learning about life in America.

Host families experience the rewards of the cultural exchange, learn about the student’s country and share their own customs and traditions. Students pay for all their own personal expenses. CIEE provides emergency medical insurance as well as in-community and 24/7 helpline support. Host families provide a bed, a place at the table, some assistance with transportation and a welcoming atmosphere.

Armando is a 17 year old boy from Mexico. “Hello, my name is Armando. If you are my host family, I will do my best to help you learn more about my culture and to also learn about America. I am a person with great values like honesty, respect and responsibility. I like to laugh and am loving and kind. I hope you choose me to share all this with you and we all have a wonderful year together! I would like to share your adventures always with a smile and looking on the bright side of things.” Armando likes soccer, board games, billiards, martial arts, and going to the cinema. He also likes to fish, go boating, and spend time with family. Allergies: None
