Wayne Man Released From Jail, Drinks Beer To Celebrate, Gets Arrested: Cops
Nicholas Mcilwrath, 27, was released from the Morris County Correctional Facility Friday, police said.

WAYNE, N.J. — Nicholas Mcilwrath should have picked a better way to celebrate his newfound freedom.
Mcilwrath was caught drinking Vodka in public Friday, the same day he was released from the Morris County Correctional Facility, said Hackettstown police Sgt. Darren Tynan
A Hackettstown police officer was on patrol when he was two men hanging out in the parking lot of Al's Quality Cleaners at 11:45 p.m., Tynan said.

The officer approached the men and saw there was a bottle of Majorska Vodka on the ground next to one of them with alcohol still inside it, Tynan said.
Police determined that Nicholas Mcilwrath, 27, of Wayne, was drinking because he was celebrating his release from the Morris County Correctional Facility earlier that afternoon, police said.
