MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J., Mar. 10, 2014 — BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse, a state-of-the-art sports training facility that specializes in working with its students in helping them achieve their athletic greatness and fuel their life with power, purpose, confidence and focus, announced today that Westfield resident Ashley Quinn has joined as Senior Director of its Strength, Stretch and Flexibility / Yoga program.  To commemorate Ashley’s arrival, BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse is offering a free Power Hour Vinyasa class on Monday, March 17th at 9:30am.

Ashley began her practice of yoga to compliment her love of running, gaining better flexibility and strength, but it has since developed into a lifestyle. She received her 200 Hour certification through Yoga Manjari, a Yoga Alliance Registered School. Influenced by the power of movement and music, and her athletic background as a Division I Lacrosse player, Ashley will be rolling out the SSF-Yoga program with its first offering called “Power Hour Vinyasa”.  This is a style of yoga that focuses on connecting one breath with one movement.  This class will provide an increase in strength, agility, balance and flexibility leading to improved athletic performance and gains.  The benefits of this class is that students will move, breathe and sweat, leaving class with a clearer mind and greater focus

“We are super excited to have Ashley on board to direct our SSF-Yoga practice”, said Chris Jordan co-founder of BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse.  “When we designed our facility, it was built with purpose in mind.  We wanted to bring to our athletes a myriad of programs and disciplines that complement each other.  The programs that Ashley will be developing for us allows BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse to continue to realize that mission”, explained David Martin, co-founder of BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse.

BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse is offering a free "Power Hour Vinyasa" class on Monday 3/17 at 9:30am-10:30am.  Additionally a 20% discount off of standard membership rates will be available for those who participate in the free 3/17 "Power Hour Vinyasa" session and enroll in any BH membership program by 3/21/14.  Those interested in enrolling for the 3/17 class should call 908-317-2727 or email winner@brawlhouse.com.
