Why You Should Forget Your (Initial) New Year's Resolution

Ladies, the holidays and New Year’s resolutions have come and gone.  If you’re like most of us, at least one of your resolutions falls into these top three of 2014:  (1) lose weight  (2) get organized (3) spend less, save more.   This was the year you were going to get organized at home and work so you could have more time to care for yourself and reach your health goals. You were going to eat better, join the gym, follow a diet, lose weight, and have that perfect body by Spring.

Flash forward to February: The “polar vortex” and winter blues are upon us. You are following all of your resolutions, right? Sort of?  Sometimes?
