Mother's Day Crash In East Orange: Multiple Injured, Police Say
A car with several passengers – including a mother, her husband and two children – overturned in East Orange on Mother's Day, police say.
East Orange, NJ - A vehicle with several passengers – including a mother, her husband and two children – overturned in East Orange on Mother’s Day, authorities say.
The crash took place near the Ampere Parkway and 1st Avenue, near the Bloomfield-East Orange border, around 3 a.m., according to reports. [See photos below]
A Bloomfield Police Department spokesman told Patch that BPD officers assisted with the car’s injured occupants and helped to extract two occupants from the vehicle.

The crash involved two vehicles, the BPD spokesman said.
BPD officers turned the scene over to the East Orange Police Department.
