We've got a better solution to finding the tastiest bites around: Each week, Bronxville-Eastchester Patch will pick a great restaurant either in town or nearby that we think is worth checking out.

Here's this week's choice:

When looking for a place to grab a place to grab a good pint and a well cooked, juicy delicious burger, The Tap House in Tuckahoe is becoming one of the more popular places around town to satisfy such an urge.

Coming to village in 2007, The Tap House has a wealth of drink options, 70 craft and premieum beers, 14 of them taps and the burgers are becoming legendary.

"Great food, decently priced! The burgers are to die for! For one price you can get any topping, and a substitute for no additional charge. Now thats what im talking about!"

Another customer doesn't mind strolling into the eatery for some good food and drink.

"LOVE THIS PLACE! I live walking distance to the Tap House and I have always had a great meal and service. They have a great beer selection and their food has  always been fresh. I'm pretty sure I ordered everything on the menu by now. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna BLT with everything fries. The BLT muscles and the fried calamari with the hot peppers is delicious."

A few years ago, the New York Times did a review of the restaurant, saying that,

"The fish and chips is a classic, made with fresh sole and accompanied by skinny fries. Country-fried chicken has a great kick and comes with creamed spinach and whipped potatoes that taste of buttermilk."
