Latest report has local streets ranked among the cleanest.

Some of Cleanest Brooklyn Streets in Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill
Carroll Gardens, Red Hook and Boerum Hill have some of the cleanest streets in NYC, according to the latest community scorecard released by the mayor's office.

In Community Board 6, which encompasses Carroll Gardens and Red Hook, 94 percent of streets were deemed acceptable. This was up a percentage point from the previous quarter and right around the average from 2012.

The area covered by Community Board 2, which includes Boerum Hill and Fort Greene, etc. was one of two areas in Brooklyn to boast cleaner streets with a 94.3 percent rating. Community Board 10 (Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights and Fort Hamilton) had the cleanest streets in Brooklyn during that time.

Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy had some of the dirtiest streets in NYC.
