Nearly two weeks after Hurricane Sandy struck Mount Kisco, it appears that the last power outages have been fixed.
Con Edison's outage map, as of 7:04 p.m. Sunday, shows no outages in the village. As recently as late this morning, the outage number given waas in the single digits. More than 2,000 customers in Mount Kisco lost power in the immediate aftermath of the storm. In recent days, however, the outage number hovered around the low 3-digit range.
In New Castle, meanwhile, the number of outages is going down but, as of 7:04 p.m. Sunday, Con Edison reports 63 customers remaining out. New Castle's outages peaked at more than 5,000, according to Con Edison data.
