Man Busted for Driving Drunk on West Lake Drive: Police
The driver failed to keep right while turning, police said.

NORTH FORK, NY - A Malverne man was busted for driving drunk in East Hampton on Friday, police said.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Glen P. O'Brien, 64, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. after he drove a 2010 Chevrolet south on West Lake Drive and failed to keep right while turning.
Upon investigation, it was determined that O'Brien had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, slurred speech, and glassy eyes, and was unsteady on his feet, police said, He performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests administered, police said.

O'Brien was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, police said.
He was arraigned and released on $500 cash bail, police said.
