The following information was supplied by the . A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

• Christopher J. Reale, 32, of East Hampton, was arrested on a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs, a felony due to two prior convictions in the past 10 years, after an accident in Amagansett on May 4. East Hampton Town police said his 2002 Toyota struck multiple trees along Montauk Highway, near Mitchell Dunes Lane, when he left the roadway shortly after noon. Reale consented to a blood test at police headquarters. He was held overnight for arraignment. East Hampton Town Justice Lisa R. Rana ordered him held without bail. Dirt Bike Leads to Arrest

• Kean M. Mabery, 30, of Riverhead, was arrested on charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and false personation, both misdemeanors, last month, after he allegedly took a dirt bike and then lied to police about his date of birth. His arrest report was just released on Monday. Police said an officer stopped to talk to Mabery when he was walking on Springs-Fireplace Road with a dirt bike on April 9 at about 6 p.m. due to numerous reports of stolen dirt bikes. He did not have any identification and appeared intoxicated, but police let him walk his dirt bike the rest of the way to the address he gave on Springs-Fireplace Road. The next day, a man reported finding a dirt bike — the same one police had seen Mabery with — on his lawn. Police ended up tracing the dirt bike back to its owner, who said he hadn't given anyone permission to use it. Police contacted Mabery and brought him up on charges. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Police said they observed him make a turn without a signal onto Spinner Lane just after 4 a.m. He appeared drunk and registered a .10 blood alcohol level during processing. Justice Catherine A. Cahill arraigned him later that morning and released him on $500 bail.
