Prostitution Sting at Greenvale Massage Parlor

A Queens woman was arrested Thursday after allegedly practicing unlicensed massage therapy on an undercover Nassau County Police detective and offering to perform a sex act, police said in a press release.

Qiu Rong Zhang, 48, of Flushing, was visited by the detective at Gia's Body Work at 13 Glen Cove Rd. in Greenvale on Wednesday and Thursday, and offered to perform the sex act for an additional fee, according to police.

Zhang was arrested after the second visit at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. She is being charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a crime and two counts of prostitution. She will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead Friday.

A Google search of the business name conducted Thursday produced several results on adult websites, including customer reviews of the services. On UtopiaGuide.com, which advertises itself as "A Guide to Adult entertainment," posters commented in a forum for the establishment.

A reviewer with the name "paperpusher" commented in a Nov. 2007 post:

This place is on the second floor and parking is in the back. Open 7 days a week from 10:30 to 9:00. The rooms are rather large but the door was never shut, I think fabric, but still the place was large and plenty of privacy. This place has been around for about three years.

I had a Chinese women, she said 36 but could have been low forties. She has red hair and she has some paddding but not unattractive. She is about 6-6 1/2 in the AMP critical review scale. Her top are large B's.

Her massage is a tad better than average. She actually tries to massage but I have had many better. Her English is pretty good. She is friendly but aloof. She has been there two years. She says she is from Shanghai.

Went right for the tickle. No games played. Never questioned me if I wanted, just assumed that is the reason for my visit. Access to the top pulled up and got the pants pulled down with resistence. I was able to reach into her underwear with no problems but access was limited.

The post continues, describing the rest of the session, including the monetary transaction, in detail.

The same poster commented in a 2008 post, "I dont understand how they have been around for so long" and "They advertise in Newsday that always brings in a new crew."

To another poster's May 2008 comment about seeing two unmarked law enforcement vehicles parked outside, a poster using the name "genius" responds, "There are other shops there that the cops could be visiting. However, discretion is the better part of valor - you did the right thing in not hanging around."
