Polland and The Friedman Team Attend International Luxury Alliance Event

3-Day New York City Summit Brings Together Luxury Marketing Experts

Diane Polland, Rudi Friedman and Jason Friedman, who are all Coldwell Banker Previews International® Property Specialists affiliated with the Great Neck regional office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., recently attended the International Luxury Alliance Network event held at the Peninsula Hotel in New York City. The event was hosted by NRT LLC. NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y.

Representing the Long Island marketplace, Polland and the Friedman Team were joined by fellow luxury marketing experts from North America and Europe affiliated with Coldwell Banker and New York’s premier luxury sales professionals from The Corcoran Group, the leading residential real estate brokerage company headquartered in New York City. In total, the group represents more than $2.5 billion in sales volume in luxury real estate sales and ranks within the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker and Corcoran agents worldwide.

As part of the three-day networking event, Polland and the Friedman Team and their colleagues participated in strategic business sessions launched by Zipf. Ginette Wright, vice president of luxury marketing for NRT, hosted panel discussions that provided insight into the wealthiest markets around the world.

The event included a tour of premiere New York luxury development properties led by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran president and CEO and local co-host of the event. The new development properties on the tour included 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences, the highest residential tower in Downtown Manhattan, 70 Vestry, the collection of Tribeca waterfront homes designed by Robert A.M. Stern with unobstructed views of the Hudson River and 53 West 53rd Street, the mid-town residential tower which rises above the Museum of Modern Art and Central Park.

The tour of exceptional New York luxury residences concluded with a presentation on Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in the history of the U.S. and a tour of 15 Hudson Yards, the first residential property of Hudson Yards to enter the market. That evening, as well as the other evenings of the three-day summit, closed with a cocktail reception and VIP dinner party.

The assembly of real estate industry luminaries included, in addition to Pamela Liebman of The Corcoran Group, Laurent Demeure, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker France and Monaco, and real estate icons affiliated with Coldwell Banker and The Corcoran Group representing such key markets as Los Angeles and Malibu, C.A., Aspen, C.O.
