Antonio Meucci Lodge Awards Harrison Students Studying Italian

Harrison Students from Louis M. Klein Middle School and Harrison High School are honored at annual event

Harrison students who study the Italian language and culture in the classroom were honored at the Antonio Meucci Lodge on October 7th in a ceremony recognizing students from middle and high schools across Westchester County. As part of Italian Heritage month, students are nominated by their teachers in Levels II through V/International Baccalaureate for their love and dedication to Italian language and culture. The LMK Italian teachers include Dana Jakubowski, Christina Zaccagnino and Enzina Zaino and the Harrison High School Italian teachers are Maria Battipaglia, Maria Conte, and Cristina Distasio.

LMK & HHS Students Honored:
Marisa Mastrogiacomo – 8th grade
Michael Gentile – 8th grade
Vincent Longo – 8th grade
Michael LoGuidice – 9th grade
Sara Bove – 10th grade
Samantha O’Reilly – 11th grade
