Harrison Man Is Accused of Having Loaded Shotgun During Argument in Greenwich
The suspect is facing threatening and firearms charges filed by Greenwich Police.

A man is facing firearms and threatening charges following an argument during which he had a loaded shotgun and threatened the victim.
According to a Greenwich Police report, the suspect had an argument during “which a threat to harm the victim was made” and there was the “presence of a loaded shotgun owned by the accused that was not locked or secured and there was a minor child in the house.”
The incident occurred on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 and the suspect, identified as Salvatore C. Gizzo, 64, of 819 West St., Harrison, NY, was arrested by Greenwich Police on Dec. 18, according to the report.

Gizzo was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening and failure to store a loaded firearm, according to the report. Gizzo, who posted a $10,000 bond, is scheduled to return to state Superior Court in Stamford on Jan. 20, according to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website.
