Truck Fire Closes Lanes On I-287

UPDATE 2:52 p.m. Two eastbound lanes have re-opened on I-287 in Harrison. One remains closed at the scene of the truck fire.

UPDATE 2:35 p.m.: All westbound lanes are now open, police said. Eastbound lanes remain closed.

HARRISON, NY — The Cross Westchester Expressway is closed eastbound at exit 9 in Harrison, state police announced at 2:26 p.m.

The cause is a truck fire.

One lane is open on westbound I-287, police said.
