LI Cares Official Drop-Off Location in Huntington: Logic Web Media
Logic Web Media of Huntington: Giving back to the community. We are proud to be an official drop-off location for LI Cares.
As long-standing members of the Huntington community, Logic Web Media is always looking for ways to give back to our neighbors. For the 2016 Holiday Season we’ve teamed up with the Harry Chapin Food Bank & Long Island Cares, Inc. to provide assistance to local families.
Long Island Cares, Inc. was founded by Grammy winning songwriter Harry Chapin, who created the first food bank on Long Island in 1980. Since then, Long Island Cares has provided food and support across Nassau & Suffolk Counties to almost 600 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, child care facilities, and Veterans’ service programs annually.
Logic doesn’t just make great websites! Now through December 28th, Logic Web Media will be serving as an official drop-off location to collect food, toiletries, pet and personal care items for area families who need a helping hand this Holiday Season. Donations can be dropped off at our offices in Huntington Station, NY.

Drop by anytime, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. Feel free to call us at (631) 824-3390 if you have trouble finding us or need to drop off donations outside of our regular business hours.
Long Island Cares Most Needed Donations Include:
Proteins: canned tuna/chicken, beans, nut & non-nut butters, etc.
Fruits: Canned or dried fruits, juice boxes, bottled juices, jams/jelly, fruit bars.
Vegetables: Canned soups, vegetables, Tomato sauces, dry soup mix.
Grains: Pasta, rice, hot/cold cereals, quinoa, pancake/waffle mix.
Dairy: Shelf stable milk, canned/evaporated milk, instant breakfasts, shelf stable parmesan cheese.
Additional Foods: Flour, cooking oils, coffee, tea, snacks, condiments.
Baby: Diapers, wipes, formula, cereal, unused bottles, plastic jars of baby food, lotions, powder, diaper ointment.
Personal Care: Soap, dental care, shampoos, hairbrushes, deodorants, feminine care.
Household: Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergents, paper goods.
Pet Food: canned and dry dog/cat food and treats, caged animal foods.
