Police: Man With Revoked License Drives Drunk on LIE Without Interlock Device
This is the second time the man committed this offense in 2015, police said.

A man with a record of drunk driving was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated on the Long Island Expressway Friday morning in Huntington, police said.
According to authorities, a highway patrol officer pulled over a 2013 Kia operated by Mohamed Khan, 42, of Bay Shore, for speeding in the eastbound lane between exits 51 and 52 at 1:50 a.m.
Khan was found to be driving with a revoked license, under the influence of alcohol and in violation of his New York State driver’s license restriction that only allows him to operate a motor vehicle if it is equipped with an ignition interlock device.

Khan was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and second degree criminal contempt for violating a court order that required him to not consume alcohol.
He was additionally arrested for an outstanding warrant for committing the same offense in January and was issued seven traffic tickets for vehicle and traffic law violations, police said.
