RESCUE INK IS OUT OF THE LB ANIMAL SHELTER! Eviction or Voluntary?

RESCUE INK IS OUT OF THE LB ANIMAL SHELTER! Eviction or Voluntary?
Monday, July 29th, Joe Panz, President of Rescue Ink posts this statement on the organization's official website:

"Another Rescue Ink Mission Successfully Accomplished for Long Beach, NY In 2011, Rescue Ink agreed to help serve the citizens of Long Beach, N.Y. by opening and creating an infrastructure for a municipal animal shelter. We are proud to announce—despite the innumerable challenges brought upon the shelter by Hurricane Sandy 2012—that we are ready to transfer the municipal shelter back to the city.

Rescue Ink remains positive that the city of Long Beach will embrace the shelter with the same care and compassion that we have demonstrated. We will continue to help the Long Beach animals in need, and Rescue Ink will always make its members available to help stop abuse and neglect, and educate the public when needed.

We thank the city of Long Beach for the opportunity to create a safe haven for its forgotten animals. Rescue Ink's core mission remains strong: to rescue abused and neglected animals worldwide, as we have done successfully for over a decade. Sincerly, Joe Panz President, Rescue Ink"

Now, with the exception of the misspelling of "Sincerely," we know Joe didn't write this statement because he doesn't know big words like innumerable and educate. Clearly, this is a PR spun statement from a sort-of-professional. Perhaps RI is being permitted the dignity of promoting it as a voluntary departure.

Is it possible that the many investigations into Rescue Ink by multiple agencies are finally starting to pay off? Was RI evicted from the shelter? If so, on what grounds?

Anyone with information is welcome to discuss here, all theories and guesses too.
