Stephanie Maybie, a resident of Massapequa, was named to the Skyline Conference Women's Soccer Weekly Honor Roll, announced last Monday by conference officials, for her efforts as a member of the SUNY College at Old Westbury Panther women's soccer team.
A junior majoring in Criminology, Maybie opened the season with a two goal—one assist performance in Odl Westbury's season-opening 7-0 win at home against Briarcliffe. Maybie broke the scoring ice 10:23 into the match with her 10th career game-winner off a perfect feed by Lucia Mejia. Maybie scored again in the 54th minute and assisted on a goal in the 84th minute to close out the scoring.
