Early Morning Fire Tears Through Port Jervis Buildings

One building had residential apartments; another was reportedly vacant.

PORT JERVIS, NY — An early morning fire tore through two Port Jervis buildings Tuesday.

Fire officials said the blaze began around 5 a.m. on Pike Street, News 12 said, affecting five or six apartments and a business in one building and an adjacent vacant building.

FIOS1 News said a witness told their organization that everyone go out of the building safely.
