A 64-year-old Monsey man has been arrested on a felony charge that he failed to register as a sex offender, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department. Robert Sternberg was arrested on Tuesday by Ramapo Police and turned over to the Sheriff's Department based on a Rockland County Court warrant. Sternberg was held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City pending a County Court hearing.
