        The weekend is almost here at last—Hooray! If you’re searching for some fun and interesting events and activities around town, look no further. Patch has you covered.

        Why Go:
        Reflections is an associate awards exhibition, featuring work in various media.
        Pricing: Free.

            Where/When:
            , 715 North Ave., New Rochelle, Saturday, April 30, 8 p.m.
            Why Go:
            The Westchester Chamber Symphony will hold their concert season finale performance at Iona College's Christopher J. Murphy Auditorium. The all-Haydn concert will feature internationally acclaimed Israeli cellist Amit Peled.
            Pricing:
            $50, general public; $40, senior citizens; Free to the Iona College community.

            Why Go:
            The Scrubs are a band comprised of doctors and professional rock musicians, fronted by Dr. Richard Garvey. Their sets include a variety of cover songs as well as originals.

            Yonkers Police Athletic League, 27 N. Broadway, Yonkers, Saturday, April 30, 6-9 p.m.
            Why Go:
            Enjoy ice-cold beer while watching Westchester's Suburbia Roller Derby teams compete against the Maine Roller Derby teams.
            Pricing: $12 in advance, $15 at door; free for kids under 8; $20, track-side VIP.

            The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Rd., Purchase, Sunday, May 1, 2-4:30 p.m.
            Why Go:
            An afternoon performance of classical music, soul voice and jazz, for a crucially important cause. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in New York, Inc. to support the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan. Participating artists include: Toshiko Akiyoshi, Bradley Brookshire, Joe Ferry, Mariko Furukawa, Julia Lichten, Steve Lubin, Jim McElwaine, Men’s Glee Club of New York, Hugh Murphy, Ayako Oshima, Paul Ostrovsky, Kaori Sato, Lew Tabackin, So Takahashi, Kimio Takeyama, Ransom Wilson and more.
