As all of us sat back with family & friends enjoying the holidays, Ossining Village government (hanauer, Codman, Daraio, Gearity & Quezada) didn't feel blowing the tax cap in the 2014 Budget was enough. They were behind closed doors looking for new ways to financially rape residents, to dig deeper into our pockets. The $20 fine for violation of Ossining's overnight parking law will increase to $30 in 2014. That's a 50% increase! Heard it may increase to $35 -- a 75% increase -- but info not substantiated yet.
