What happened this week on Park Slope Patch.

The Week in Park Slope

It was another week of exciting developments and happenings in Park Slope. Here's our roundup of our biggest neighborhood headlines.

On Monday, we ran an article about now that the Brooklyn Nets arena has opened; residents say the traffic isn’t so bad.

On Tuesday, we reported that cops are asking the public's help in identifying a man wanted for public lewdness after he exposed himself twice in a matter of minutes to separate women on an F train on Sept. 20.

On Wednesday, we found out that the pink building on Garfield Place will soon be painted a different color after being sold for $2.75 million to an unidentified buyer.

On Thursday, we reported how Community Board Six conditionally approved the Lightstone Group’s modifications for their project on Bond Street.

On Friday, we were on the scene of a car accident on Fourth Avenue and Union Street. The two-car crash sent a pregnant woman to the hospital. She is in serious, but stable condition.

We also got word that Dale Talde became a partner and chef at Thistle Hill Tavern.
