BELLPORT, NY - A total of 20 cars were damaged after a massive fire broke out at a Bellport car auction lot early Tuesday, according to Suffolk Police.
The blaze broke out in the parking lot at Copart on Montauk Highway at 3:30 a.m.
Police said it appears no injuries were reported.

The cause is still under investigation. Both Suffolk County Police Arson Section detectives and the Brookhaven Town Fire Marshal are investigating the blaze.
