Caitlin Thomas, goalkeeper for the SUNY College at Old Westbury Women’s Soccer Team, was named this week to the Skyline Conference Weekly Athletic Honor Roll for her efforts
A freshman from Patchogue, New York, Thomas captured her first weekly award after earning her third shutout of the season and helping Old Westbury to a 4-0 win over conference rival Purchase. Then, against St. Joseph's-L.I., she made a career-high six saves in Old Westbury's first ever win over the Golden Eagles. On the week, she allowed one goal in 180 minutes while making 11 saves.
Thomas is a graduate of Patchogue High School.
