The leasing office for those inquiring to move into New Village at Patchogue when it opens later this year has opened Thursday at 29 W. Main St. in Patchogue.

Tritec Real Estate Company COO Rob Loscalzo told Patch Wednesday that of the 2,000 people signed up on the development's website, 1,500 have called in to inquire with several setting up appointments. According to an email from New Village at Patchogue's website to those on the mailing list, residents are now able to schedule tours of the development online by clicking here.

The $100 million New Village plan is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village at the site of the former Swezey's department store.

As previously reported, it is estimated that tenants will be able to move in to the residential units during the first quarter of 2014 with construction completing by summer 2014. Some floor plans for the apartments have been posted to www.newvillagepatchogue.com. Tritec Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzo previously told Patch that rents should start around $1,350 for a studio up to $2,900+ for three bedrooms, with a variety of price points in between.
