Anton Naumkin, 27, of Suffern and Michael Punch, 25, of Pomona were observed leaving 73 Carlton Road with copper and wiring contained in a large bag and a recycling pail. Both men fled when approached by police.

Anti-Crime officers arrested Naumkin on Carlton Road. Punch led police on a foot chase through a wooded area between College Road and Kupperman lane before being apprehended by Ramapo Detectives.
