1. Super Bowl Sunday

You can find the run down on where to find cheap wings, beer specials and even organic chili for Super Bowl Sunday in our new Patch’s Pick of the week column.

2. Peekskill Children’s Theater Final Performances

The Sneetches on Beeches and Change Reaction plays open today. The final performances will be at 3 and 5 p.m. today and tomorrow. You can buy tickets ($10) on the day of the show at the box office.

3. Valentine’s Day Shopping

Don’t wait until next week at this time to put together a Valentine for your sweetie, stop by the Valentine Craft Boutique this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. to find a unique gift for your loved one. Enjoy live jazz music while you shop. Or, you can take advantage of the Jewelry Truck Show Sale on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m., where you’ll find hand-crafted jewelry and be able to enjoy some free wine and cheese.

4. Art Exhibits:
-Winter Wonders is on display at the Flat Iron Gallery until Feb. 27. It features paintings, photographs, pottery and new handcrafted jewelry.
-The works of 20 Hudson Valley artists, all students of painter Andrew Lattimore, are on display at Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt Manor until May 3.
-Inez Andrucyk’s Poses exhibit will be showing at the Croton Library until Feb. 28.
-The Balis and Solomon Exhibit will be showing from noon to 6 p.m. Friday through Sundays until March 13.
- The exhibit Emerging Artists in Peekskill, Brian Ben Taylor & John Agne, is displayed at the Field Library until Feb. 25.
- Garrison Landing is the second solo show in the United States by Czech Artist Daniel Pitin. You can view the exhibit at The Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art until April 17, 2011.

-Bean Runner Café: A mini retrospective with Father and Son, Peter J. Eagleton and Peter K. Eagleton: Color and Connections

5.     Music:

12 Grapes: The Geoff Hartwell Band, Saturday, 9:30-12:30 a.m.; 12 Grapes will be open for brunch but closed for the Super Bowl on Sunday.
-The Peekskill Coffee House: The Tristen Napoli Trio Sunday, 1 p.m.
-Bean Runner Café: Richie Goods and Nuclear Fusion with Tom Guarna (guitar), Jeff Pittson (keyboard), Lionel Cordew (drums), Saturday, 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m.

-Brunch and Live Jazz with Tony Jefferson Duo, Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

-Noo Moves Entertainment Presents the Artist Appreciation Showcase with P.O.E.T., Sunday, 3:30-6:30 p.m.
