Two high school choirs came together in one memorable evening of diverse vocal music Thursday night at in Plainview.

The concert featured the talents of and New Hyde Park Memorial's choirs, both separately and in joint performances.

"It was wonderful to see the work these young people put into their performance," said the , pastor of Good Shepherd, which hosted the event attended by about 400 people.

"They put us into a great place for the Holy Week and Passover observances," he said. "It was our honor to host these young people."

Plainview's was under the direction of Conductor   's Concert Choir was directed by Robert McKinnon. The guest conductor was Alexander Dashnaw.
