UPDATE: Adult Chair Zumba is cancelled today, March 18. Do join us this week for a series of fitness classes
: click here for our schedule. And join us next Tuesday, when Zumba resumes at the Preserve!
Tuesdays at the Preserve means Adult Chair Zumba at 11:15 a.m. and Children's Yoga at 1 p.m.
Chair Zumba, which infuses Latin and international music, allows you to get fit while sitting down.
Instructor Debbie Mastrocinque explained:
“Zumba is an exercise class that borrows movements from Latin dances such as cha cha, mambo, salsa, and meringue, and combines them to create a high energy, total body work-out,” she said. “The choreographed routines are a combination of slow and fast rhythms to target the heart, arms, legs, ‘glutes’ and abdominals.”
Yoga is taught by Lisa from Practice. This popular program inspires stretching, stories, imaginative play – all the while introducing poses to pre-schoolers.
And due to popular demand, we've added an additional Children’s Yoga class on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. The class is also taught by Lisa.
Admission: $10 per car or free with 2014 Annual Pass.
