Noise Complaints in Rye

 On Nov. 24 at 12:10 a.m. police received a report of people banging on the floor at a Walnut Street apartment building. Police spoke to both parties and asked the party said to be making noise, to keep it down. Told them to contact their management company.

On Nov. 24 at 9:29 a.m. police issued a warning on Loewen Court and Central Ave. for a report of construction prior to 10 a.m., a violation of city code.

On Nov. 25 at 2:19 p.m. police received a report of multiple leaf blowers on Bennett Street and Lindberg Ave. Police advised the landscapers of the city code and leaf blower restrictions

On Nov. 26 at 1:49 p.m police received a complaint of several teenage males playing hackeysack in the street and disturbing residents at overlook Place. Police report it was several vehicles unloading after Giants game. The matter was closed with no report.
