
SHIRLEY, NY — An SUV burst into flames in the driveway of a Shirley home Friday, officials said.
According to Suffolk County Police, officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire on Friday at 6:25 p.m. at a residence off Windus Drive in Shirley. The car was unoccupied and there were no injuries, officials said.
The Brookhaven Fire Department also responded, witnesses at the scene said.
