Tractor Trailer Overturns After Crashing Into 2 Poles: SCPD
The road was closed for several hours on Monday morning.
SMITHTOWN, NY - A tractor trailer overturned after crashing into two poles on Veterans Memorial Highway in Smithtown on Monday morning, according to Suffolk Police.
The tractor trailer was traveling westbound on the highway near Wyandanch Boulevard when the vehicle struck the poles and overturned at 7:45 a.m.
There were no injuries reported.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
The road was closed and traffic was diverted on to the Northern State Parkway.
