New Greek Restaurant Coming Soon To Bridgehampton

BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY — Opa! A new Greek restaurant is headed to Bridgehampton soon.

Elaia Estiatorio, a new Greek eatery, is slated to open in the coming weeks.

General manager John Visciano said the restaurant will be located just south of the highway on School Street.

"Elaia," means olive tree in Greek, he said.

"Yassou, and welcome home," a description of the restaurant reads. "Here we invite you to dine with us, at our table, and relax into the Greek way of living. Our food is uncomplicated, healthy, and pairs beautifully with our selection of Greek wines. Be seated, and experience the fruits of The Olive Tree as we do, with love and hospitality."
