New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Marshall L. Mullen Jr. of Waterbury, CT for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
On Feb. 1, troopers stopped the vehicle Mullen was operating for an equipment violation. Police said Mullen displayed clues that indicated he was under the influence of alcohol.
The 31-year-old submitted to a chemical test that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18 percent, more than two time the legal limit of intoxication. He is due in Town of Southeast Court Feb. 17.
